Click the stars and give it a 5/5 rating. 01 Dec 2006 bad luck is kind of like an empty fishtank thats been sitting out and has that green shit all over it... so...many of you may have been disappointed by the likes of us not appearing at one or more destinations we were supposed to appear at in the past week or so.allow me to offer our appologies and clear a few things up.it seems weve caught some bad luck and been hit with a slew of misfortunes. first off in san diego david our singer was struck in the face by the headstock of mikes bass guitar.not only did it knock him unconscious but it put a hole that goes all the way through his mouth.because of this we missed the next days show and for a few shows after that some of our friends from the other bands filled in.for anyone expecting to see david on stage we apologize but it was either do things a little differently or not play at all.the good news is david has recovered to the point of being able to play our regular set which brings me to our second happenstance... while traveling north from seattle to vancouver,just before the border our van stopped working.when i say stopped working i mean that it simply would not budge.we pushed it to a safe place and then waited allllllllll day long for a tow truck to come and pick up the van and six of us then drop it off and come back and pick up our trailer and the last two of us.because it was a friday night the dealership has yet to look at our van.so being presupmtuous we assumed that it was not a problem easily fixed and rented a cruise america rv.so when you see a band rolling around in an rv with a couple of dumb little kids on the side thats us.unfortunately this caused us to miss our three western canadian dates but starting on tuesday well be back on tour with norma jean,between the buried and me,mmisery signals,and bless the fall. i can assure you despite all the bumps in the road were doing everything we can to continue the tour.these bumps have been quite costly and very frustrating but shit happens.all you can do is scrape your feet on the curb and keep moving... 12 Nov 2006 Post order Hello people. Though we don't know them personally, this hit us and I'm sure other bands hard. We have friends that were close to the members of bayside that have also been hit hard. We just want to send our regards to Bayside and the families and friends of them, and ask that if you have or even have not been affected by bayside's music that you support them in any way you can because they need it.. FBT 29 Sep 2005 HOLY CRAP!!!!!! last night was one of the most fun shows I personally have had in a long time. It was what I needed. to see a LARGE group of people that all came together to enjoy all different kinds of music, and supporting/respecting all the musicians that were able to share a part of themselves so passionately. Every band that played was so good and nice. Virgil and everyone at suburban home records is very loved by us. it was an honor to also be a part of pinhead circus getting together for a reunion. It brought back memories of seeing them with sooooo many different bands in Denver, that i cant even name them all. thanks also to all the kind words about the new material we played.
